 You can consult the Registrar’s Office for questions related to your academic progress. Students who wish to have a lighter course load and extend their program can meet their academic advisor (API) to discuss it.

Your academic record is managed by the Registrar’s Office. You can use their services to add documents to your file or to obtain a copy of a document issued in your name by the Cégep ($5 per copy). They can also provide a Certificate of Attendance which may be required for various agencies such as the Régie des rentes, taxes, automobile insurance, etc. (there is a $5 fee per document and a 48-hour turn-around).

To make an appointment with your Academic Advisor:
Go to the module for appointments (Centre de rendez-vous) in the Omnivox Online Services.

 

Academic advisors provide students in the regular program with advice and references in various stages of their academic progress such as course selection, applications for exemptions, program changes, information on applications for admission, course cancellations, sponsorship and academic difficulties.

The academic advisor also participates in program committee discussions in regard to the development of course grids, success and academic perseverance.
