In compliance with legal restrictions regarding personal information (La Loi sur l’accès aux documents des organismes publics et sur la protection des renseignements personnels), the information you provided during registration at the college remains confidential and is used to manage your academic file. The only people who have access, besides you, are your teachers and designated staff members. Your parents have access to your file only if you are a minor or if you give them your consent.
However, certain situations could cause the College to share information that concerns you. You may refuse this by filling out a form to that effect (Formulaire pour interdire la divulgation de renseignements personnels).
Note: To help us reach you in the event of an emergency, we ask that you give your parents a copy of your schedule.
